the right side earbud looses almost all sound after about a year. i use them almost every day for about 8-10 hrs. i still love the product for their size and sound. i am on my second pair and same thing happened. i am still going to buy and support samsung for their great products, but i think company should address this problem. still love them even when they fail.

these are not an accessory to let you go hands free. these are more of nuisance to use than regular wired earphones. i gave up after 2 weeks if trying to make these work seamlessly with my samsung galaxy 20. i read many reviews before purchasing so am very disappointed. i do love my phone. i am disappointed that samsung cannot get the ear buds righr.

i'm enjoying the wireless earbuds. its very useful especially when i'm cleaning, dancing, or working out. i don't have to deal with the wires. i haven't had any issues with the earbuds. they work perfectly fine. the audio comes through clear. the only downside is that the right earbud dies quicker than the left bud. i'm not sure why it's like that but it even when they both start at 100% charged the right earbud still dies faster.

i liked the headphones for the first two months. then, one of the earbuds volume dropped out. i only used 1 headphone half the time so i just put the other in. then the other headphone dies out. i troubleshot and tried to clean the headphones with no results. still absurdly low volume out of both. i sent them in for a free repair under warranty. i am now told since i opened one of the two headphones to try to clean it that the warranty is voided and i'll need to pay $90 for repair. if the product hadn't given out it'd be fine and i know you have to protect your business from scammers. this case just speaks to samsung squeezing out of a loophole to try to get more of my money. this was a present but i'll take my business elsewhere and get a better product for cheaper.

i got a pair back in october and within the first 2 weeks of getting them the charging case broke, and it took about a month for me to get them back from support and when i got them back the left earbud refused to connect so i couldnt update them and so i sent them in again and got them back fixed. in february the left broke again and the case doesnt charge any longer. i tried to call support for them in april but when i followed through with what support told me to do i got no response and now the warranty has expired. i will probably not buy a samsung product again

sounds is good and like the features. being a mailman having the ambient sound to still hear vehicles and customers are great. down side is when the sun is out there's a constant whoom noise and will also disconnect from the phone. should have returned them right away but customer service gave me a few options to try. didn't work but i'd wear them on cloudy days and they worked great. had them for about 6 months and finally couldn't take it. sent them in and were still under warranty but since i'd worn them and they'd fallen out of my ears, a few times they said it was damaged from that. but it was day one out of the box that the problem started. so they were going to charge $90 to repair. so i told them to send back. unlikely to buy again.

i have had these buds for 7 months now and feel like ive had them long enough to give a honest review. that being said, the connectivity on these buds is awful. my phone in my front pocket and the buds will break up. my phone calls are broken and the music is spotty if i turn my head the wrong way. for $100 i like most people im sure think that this should not be a problem. :-(

so used my earbuds mostly at work and i must say the first few weeks were good.. but then the left ear stopped charging and with no luck and no resolution i tried contacting customer service but was never able to get a replacement pair.. so now i'm stuck with a pair of $120 paper weight. then i began looking into this issue and noticed there as actually a lot of people with the same issue and realized that these are just not good earbuds and are way more expensive than they need to be

love these buds, the fit, sound quality, some of the best feedback from people concerning the mic quality however, limited ios is a tragedy. i know earbuds plus exist but loosing so much functionality as in touch controls customizations in app, ambient sounds etc because you use these on ios is a sad price and shows samsungs hostile view of apple. working together is the only way. not having these limits would have given apple users a great view of samsung as a company. please bring an ios app to the apple store. as of now feels like we dont exist to samsung.

they sound decent and have solid battery life. that's where the positives end. one of the buds in the first pair randomly stopped working within 60 days, second pair are currently doing the same thing. i only wear them to the gym and on runs. they have never been exposed to water, just my sweat in the gym, and apparently that's too much for them. they have simply been an incredibly frustrating experience. if i could redo my purchase i would absolutely buy something else.

i recently bought these and was immediately disappointed when i tried to set them up. the app that they tell you to install has been discontinued, so there is no app to view settings or anything like that. and the right earbud's volume has gotten so low that i wasn't sure if it was on. i have checked everything from the battery, to the correct fit, to making sure it is clean. it just isn't working properly. they should discontinue selling these if they only want to sell the galaxy +.

the ear buds do not work. when you receive a call or when you call someone the person on the other end can only hear a cracking sound. tried to uninstall/reinstall the app, made sure the buds were fulling charged, made sure the buds were connected correctly to phone. and tried on an other samsung s20 with the same results. contacted customer support and they told me to do the above resets but never worked. just wasted $150 or so on this product.

like a lot of users i loved the galaxy buds until they stopped loving me. i went with samsung when the original airpods didn't fit in my tiny ears. galaxy buds had great sound and a perfect fit but over a year later (after the warranty lapses, of course) my right bud took a nosedive in volume and no amount of resetting helps. the airpods pro are pricier but i decided to go with them instead of rolling the dice on these again. :/

i initially experienced the loss in sound from one earbud, which led to some online research. discovered this was a known issue. not one to give up, i cleaned the earbud as best i could, but could not get in behind the permanently affixed screen. cleaning and blowing air did improve the problem, but a month later it's back to nearly silent. i'm not an engineer, so no idea what the problem is, but i believe there is blockage behind the mesh cover. just wish i would have went with a cheaper knockoff since these are now useless.

Easy pairing, decent sound

i've had them for 4 months and my right bud is very low as if volume control has stopped working. i still use my left though great for noise canceling. the only thing i dislike is the case design, the case opens to easy in my case cover when walking and the case hits my leg the case will pop open and buds will fall out. other than those two issues i enjoy them. i'm going to try the buds+ and maybe use a rubber band to help keep closed until samsung figures out a way to help with this issue..

i have been using my buds for about a year and now that i am working from home, i am really enjoying them. the sound quality, the bass level and clarity of the sound are really satisfying. they provide enough noise cancellation . * the only part that is not so great is the microphone, every time i try it i ended up switching to my phone mic because they could not hear me well, but this is not my main use of it so i'm still giving it 5 stars for the sound quality and minimalist design and adequate noise cancellation.

Not for connecting to TVs

although many helpful hints have been offered on a wide variety of websites, the fact remains that these ear buds are not intended for connecting to tvs. i bought them thinking i could make them function in this situation and soon learned that the volume output of the tv set to maximum barely registers on the ear buds. a samsung customer support agent confirmed that this is the case. it should be made abundantly clear in the company and retailer advertising to avoid a disappointment and the necessity of a return.

for the money of the samsung buds+, the quality is poor. the sound was decent when they worked, but after the last update, my right earbud stopped connecting. i called for support and am told that the only way to repair is to send the earbud in for repair. if your earbuds are currently working, do not perform the latest software update.

the product worked well at first. after just a few weeks of use, the right earbud disconnected and will not reconnect. since i use an iphone, i cannot utilize the app to reset the device. i contacted support and the only way to get this fixed is to ship them in and then wait 5 days for the repair and return. i purchased these to use during the pandemic for business meetings. i should have gone with a different brand. i'm now only able to use the left bud...

i got these in december of 2019. they worked fine but then randomly in march 2020 one of the earbuds stopped working so i ordered a replacement thru the warranty and got a free replacement. the replacement i got had trash quality in one ear but i just got used to it. then today one of the buds just stopped working like the previous pair. i guess i can get a free replacement. i wish samsung would just upgrade me to the buds+ because ive never had any samsung product last longer than 3 months period.

I bought Galaxy earbuds last year. Enjoyed using them. As of lately it's been problem after problem. The second last update fixed the sound quality problems. But now all of a sudden I can only get 3 hours of use of earbuds before having to put them back in the case to charge them again. I used to get 6-7 hours of use. I always charge the case when the charge completely runs out. So its not a matter of overcharging. $200+ is a lot to spend on earbuds that are starting to have a lot of problems. My friends with Airpods don't have these problems. I'm really hoping that the problems are related to updates, and not signs that the earbuds are already reaching the end of their life within a few months. I hope I don't regret this purchase. If this is an update related thing. Please fix ASAP

Great audio with some bugs

I've head these for a while and I enjoy the quality of the earbuds, the audio, and the fitment. I've had 2 specific connection issues that are odd and in my opinion are something that shouldn't really be a problem at the price point. If I have one earbud in and the phone in my pocket, I have terrible connection and whatever I am listening to is so broken up it's not worth listening to. If however I switch to the other earbud it works fine. When I have both in I can literally walk across the room and also works through walls up to a certain point. Another problem I have been having is when I pause a video (probably on YouTube) and go to another app temporarily to txt someone back for example, when I go back to the video and play it there is no audio for at least a few seconds. This doesn't happen often but it's annoying when it does. Honestly if I didn't have these issues it would be a 5 star. Please fix this! That being said I don't regret buying these because I expect these to last longer than any pair I've had before.

Issue with all Samsung buds products

So, over the past 3 years of using samsung buds products. Gear Icon x, samsung buds, and samsung buds plus. I've encountered the same issue with their use over time. This issue is that after a period of 2 to 3 months the main speaker doesn't work in either side of the buds an then the other goes out a few weeks later after use. This issue makes the volume sound muffled, extremely quiet, and dampened and honestly painful to listen too. Even at max volume it's like hearing whispers.

I like my ear buds just do not like the fact that they cannot be used without granting permissions to all of my data. SMS, location, contacts and photos all have to be allowed in order to use them. Otherwise Samsung does not grant access. Samsung quality has really gone down hill in recent years. The speech to text just like their phones is atrocious. The ear buttons are way to sensitive or just overly sensitive.

If you try to run with them in your ears, one droplet of sweat will have them shooting out of your ears, regardless of trying the three different sizes of earpieces. When you go to adjust the earbuds to make sure they stay in your ears, they will pause, skip, replay, etc, whatever it feels like making up when you touch them. If you wear head cover over your ears when you are out in the sun, the gentle brush of the cloth on my hat will mess with the touch controls. I feel as though zero companies have made viable replacements for wired headphones, so far.

Stopped working after 5 months

There was connectivity issue first. It stops every an hour or so. And then 5 months later, right side stopped working. It doesn't charge, and Galaxy app shows an error message. So disappointed.
