Did not buy an appliance, but they will be my first stop when I do. Stopped in to enquire about purchasing a new dishwasher, as ours seemed on the fritz. The saleswoman was kind and very informative. Instead of pushing me to buy a new one, she gave me a few suggestions to try and improve the performance of my existing machine. Low and behold, her tips worked, and my dishwasher works great again. Refrigerator down. A Samsung. Hard to find someone to work on Samsung, but they do. Also we bought a new refrigerator different brand. Will not be in until next month. They just delivered one to use until the new one comes in. Whatever you want, they will find it for you. They work on what they sell which is the most important point, I want to make. They are also very courteous. They ate sensitive to any special problems you may have.
